Orders confirmed before 12:00 are sent the same day. Orders placed on Sunday or a public holiday are sent on the next working day.

Boutique addressExchanges and returns
Purchases in the boutique. You can return or exchange an item within 14 days of purchase at Madam boutique (Botanica, 40 Independentei str., office 003, Mon – Sat, 11:00–17:00). Conditions: the item has not been worn, tags and original condition are kept, and you have the receipt or another proof of purchase. The money is refunded in the boutique.
Online orders with delivery. You may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the item, without giving a reason. Tell us via Viber / WhatsApp / Telegram +373 67 444 477 or info@madam.md, then within 14 days bring the item to the boutique or send it by post. Return shipping is paid by the buyer. We refund the price of the item and the standard delivery within 14 days, using the same payment method you used (or in cash at the boutique if you prefer), once we receive the item or proof that it was sent. Items altered to your individual measurements cannot be returned.
Returns and exchanges are made in accordance with Law No. 105/2003 on consumer protection and the Civil Code of the Republic of Moldova.
