Good quality goods ordered on Madam.md that didn’t match due to our mistake must be returned and exchanged within 14 days, excluding the day of purchase, provided:

lack of traces of operation and socks;
preservation of presentation and consumer properties;
original and undamaged packaging and labels.
The cost of shipping the return / exchange of goods paid by the buyer. *

Products of inadequate quality (after use or with damaged labels) ordered on Madam.md cannot be exchanged or returned.

Return Process:
The term for a refund is up to 7 business days from the date you receive a refund.
